Tower Bridge, London. (original Painting).
Tower Bridge is a moveable bridge which spans the River Themes between the Greater London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Southwark. The approximately 240 metres of bridge was completed in 1894. It's twin towers stand 61 metres high above the river themes. Originally designed to allow people to walk across the bridge even when raised, the walkways were closed from 1909 to 1982, to deter the frequent prostitutes and thieves hanging around them.
